From 2008-2015 Co-founder of TideSmart West, Aaron Carpenter, led the charge to create The North Face VIPeak Loyalty program combining events, social media, content marketing and CRM to drive tens of millions of incremental sales for the brand. VIPeak offers loyalty points to North Face customers for participating in North Face trail running, skiing, and training events. Customers can also earn points for writing product reviews on thenorthface.com and of course by purchasing gear in North Face stores and online. Those points can be redeemed for many unique benefits from the North Face including product discounts, free entrance to North Face events and even expeditions with top North Face Athletes.
