Camelbak Brand DNA &
Consumer Segmentation

In 2016 TideSmart West helped Camelbak do a Consumer Segmentation deep dive and brand positioning effort to clearly define what the brand stands for and who its target customers are. Using Outdoor Industry Association data, qualitative research, social media content, and other sources TideSmart West worked with the Camelbak executive team and managers to develop the Camelbak brand DNA, Customer Profiles, and Brand Guidelines.

Alignment across marketing, product, sales, and other functions on the brand strategy as they went through a corporate acquisition process.

Streamlining of innovation and product development efforts to focus innovation efforts on the top the needs of their target consumers.
